  • SageN Sorcerer (SEQUEST) with ScaffoldBatch and Mascot integration
    • This server is currently unavailable
  • MassMatrix (for protein IDs, cross-link identification, N15 quantitation and iTRAQ)
  • X!Tandem
  • SpectrumMill
Workstation Software:
  • BioWorks 3.3.1 (two workstations available for reservation)
  • Scaffold
  • Scaffold Q+ (for iTRAQ/TMT quantitation)
  • Mass Profiler Professional (Genespring)
  • GPMAW
  • Hardklor
  • Data Explorer
  • XTract
  • ProSightPC 2.0 Workstation
  • SIEVE 1.1.0 Automated Label-Free Differential Analysis
