Agilent 6410 Triple quadrupole tandem MS which is equipped with both a High Pressure HPLC system for high flow high-throughput analyses of small molecules and an Agilent Nanopump/ChipCube system that allows the 6410 to be used for targeted MRM analysis of proteomics samples using Agilent’s integrated nanochip-column-nanospray technology. Targeted MRM analysis allows investigators to detect and quantitate peptides with high sensitivity and specificity. This makes the system ideal for biomarker studies. |
